Q: Are all items handmade?

A: All items are handmade by me, and as such, no two items will be exactly the same. I use polymer clay for all of the food pieces, and I may also incorporate fabrics, decorative papers, wood, and other materials into some items.

Q: How big are the food pieces?

A: All miniature food items are made to 1:12 scale (one inch in miniature equals one foot in "real life") but food jewelry pieces vary in size. Be sure to check the individual measurements listed in each item's descriptions before purchasing.

Q: Do you take custom requests?

A: Definitely! I am more than happy to create unique pieces, so please message me to get started with your custom request.

Shipping details

Canada Post guidelines suggest that it takes between 4 and 6 business days to ship to the USA, and between 4 and 7 business days to ship internationally. These times are not guaranteed by Canada Post, and I can not guarantee them either. It is not unusual for shipping to the States to take up to 10 or more business days, and more for international shipping. If you need your items to arrive sooner, please convo me, and I can make a reserved listing for you including expedited shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available at reasonable rates that are listed at the bottom of each item description. Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as “gift” in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony.

Q: How are the items packaged?

A: Pieces are placed in a small decorative box and mailed in a padded bubble envelope for safe delivery. I am more than happy to gift-wrap any item at no additional cost, just let me know at check-out if you need your item wrapped.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

I accept PayPal only for all orders.

Payment is due within 12 hours of order placement; however, if you need a bit more time, please let me know and I'll be happy to work something out. I will attempt to contact you if payment is not received within 12 hours of order placement, and if no arrangements have been made, the order will be canceled and the item relisted.

If your item arrives broken, please return the item and I will gladly create a new piece for you. There are no refunds for undamaged goods, so please read each item description carefully before ordering, and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Refunds: Half of the class fee will be refunded if cancelling 4 days prior to class. If cancelling after 4 days prior to class, there is no refund.
